



On Christmas Day, John traditionally leads our guests on a lovely brisk morning walk (not mandatory!) to work up an appetite, after which we serve a leisurely lunch at 2.00pm.
In a fresh roasted pepper boat
A small timbale of mixed seafood with rice, gently simmered in herbs & spices.
Prime cuts of local turkey, served with traditional Skirlie stuffing,
Venison sausage & rich game gravy.
With cognac crème sauce
Or
Your choice of Freshly Brewed Coffee or Tea.
In the evening, we’ve found that our guests prefer something informal and light to eat such as a bowl of soup, a sandwich or another portion of dessert!! We’re pleased to oblige.
