1 cucumber, chopped.
1 large onion, chopped.
2 – 3 tbsps plain flour mixed in 2 tbsp water.
2 chicken stock cubes
1 pint hot water.
½ pint milk.
30 grs butter.
In a saucepan, melt the butter then soften the onion & cucumber. Add the flour/water mix and cook for a few minutes.
Make a stock with the cubes and pint of hot water, then add to the pan. Bring to the boil and then simmer for half an hour.
Liquidize, then add the milk & reheat to serve.
