10oz/280 grs Plain Chocolate
8oz/225grs Castor Sugar
4oz/113grs Glace Cherries
1 handful of Raisins
2 large eggs.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water. Pour it into a square baking tin, sick lined with greased kitchen foil. Allow the chocolate to cool.
Mix all the other ingredients together and spread evenly over the chocolate.
Bake at 180C/350F for approximately 25 mins or until golden & firm.
Sprinkle with a little of the coconut and cut into squares when cold.
