Ingredients (Serves 4)

310 grs Orange Marmalade

30 grs caster sugar

500 mls whipping cream, drug chilled

2 or 3 tsp orange juice

Zest from 1 orange

Method

Combine the marmalade, treatment  sugar & cream in a food processor and blend briefly so that the peel remains in discernible pieces.

Taste & add the orange juice & the zest to your liking.

Stir, freeze & store. Serve within one hour or, if frozen solid, allow 30 mins in a fridge to soften for serving.
